Avalon Athletic Club

We took our whole U15 Soccer team there to use their recovery lounge. Cryotherapy and the Normatech pneumatic Compression sleeves were just what the girls needed on their day off. Jacob and Anthony were outstanding. We were very pleased with their services and customer service.

Welcoming, friendly, and fun place to workout and do some self care. I've been to several gyms, but I like Avalon the best. It has everything I need including a sauna and infrared light therapy.

Working out is a must for me and working out at the right place makes all the difference. Avalon Athletic Club has all the things I am looking for in a gym with a family vibe and all of the clean comforts that a gym should have. My favorite is the sauna which is always my favorite way to end my workouts.

I switched to this gym about 2 1/2 years ago from another gym in town. The staff helped me exceed my fitness goals and are always present and willing to answer questions and assist you. The building does need some improvements, but I can see the new ownership is already taking charge and making updates. The trainers are supportive and accommodating to your schedule. The management is accessible and very supportive as well. The gym is very large and there is enough equipment that you don’t have to sit and wait to use things. Overall, my experience there has been wonderful and it is the reason I keep going to the gym.

I LOVE this place!! First impressions are paramount and Jill could not have made a better one on me. She welcomed me in and made me feel very welcome! She set the tone for what is genuinely an exceptional gym experience. From cleanliness to condition of equipment I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Jill and team for such a wonderful environment to workout in!
